PATE DE SARDINES
I adore sardine. It is the absolute best way to consume fish if you don’t want to spend a fortune at the grocery. Its is packed with lots of omega 3 fatty acids and other essential vitamins. It’s too much for me to write here, however, if you have time, check out this link on the benefits of sardines. If you have not as yet, please take a moment to subscribe to my blog or click on the notification tab on the right of the screen.
