About me

Caryle Blondell
Caryle Blondell of Louisville prepares to competes in 200 yard freestyle relay final during Men’s Division One Championship at Texas Swimming Center in Austin, TX, on March 27, 2014.

Hi, my name is Caryle Blondell. I am originally from Trinidad and Tobago. I began swimming competitively at the age of 12. After that there was no turning back. Soon I was breaking records and being featured in the local newspapers.

I have been in swimming 50 and 100 freestyle competitively for 12 years. I am very passionate about swimming. By teaching general and private lessons to children, I realized that I find great meaning in teaching the sport to others.

Early on, my mother used the internet as a source of information to help grow my swimming career, and as a result I am where I am today.  This site is dedicated to helping others improve in their swimming, regardless of their level. There is always something to learn and improve on.

My Inspiration

I would just like to thank my mom (Deborah Davis) for sacrificing so much to help me to get to where I am today! She inspired me to create this site through her support and passion for the sport of swimming!
